COMMUNITY PROJECT EDUCATION TODAY | EMPOWERING TOMORROW ADVENTURE WITH A PURPOSE

Creating Opportunities Through Education & Community Support

Through Njeru Vision Kids Foundation, we support children and young people who face barriers to education and opportunity. Our work focuses on practical, long-term support — from computer literacy and digital skills to child wellbeing, menstrual hygiene, healthcare support and counselling.

Organisation Background

Njeru Vision Kids Foundation was established to help bridge the digital gap affecting children in underserved communities. Since 2016, the project has worked to make computer literacy and practical learning opportunities more accessible to children who may have limited access to technology.

The organisation works with local communities, schools, families and partners to identify genuine needs and direct available support towards practical solutions. Our approach is community-based, with a particular focus on underprivileged and vulnerable children.

We believe that education is one of the strongest foundations for a better future. By combining digital education with child support and community engagement, we aim to help young people develop confidence, useful skills and greater opportunities.

ICT & Computer Support

We provide computer training to underprivileged children who have limited access to technology. The programme introduces learners to practical computer skills that can support education, communication and future opportunities.

Computer LiteracyPractical training designed to build confidence with computers and digital tools.
Learning SupportHelp with learning materials, classroom resources, electricity and basic equipment where resources allow.
Equal OpportunityEncouraging both girls and boys to participate and develop useful digital skills.

Support for the programme can help with computer equipment, maintenance, electricity, printing materials, notebooks, teaching resources and teacher support.

Child Support

Education is closely connected to a child's health, dignity and wellbeing. Our child support activities respond to practical challenges that can prevent children from participating fully in school and community life.

🌸

Menstrual Hygiene Support

We support young girls with sanitary pads and menstrual hygiene needs to help reduce barriers that may cause them to miss school.

❤️

Health Support

Where resources allow, we help address necessary health needs so vulnerable children can continue learning and participating in their communities.

💬

Counselling & Wellbeing

Children may need someone to listen, guide and encourage them. Counselling and supportive conversations form part of our child wellbeing approach where appropriate support is available.

📚

Keeping Girls in School

By helping address practical hygiene and wellbeing challenges, we aim to support girls to remain confident and engaged in their education.
