Louis is the Founder and CEO of Jinja Bike Tours & Safaris and the Founder and CEO of Njeru Vision Kids Foundation, where he also serves as General Manager. With over 10 years of experience in the tourism industry, Louis is an experienced safari driver guide and professional cycling guide with extensive guiding experience in Uganda and Rwanda. He is licensed with the Uganda Tourism Board and combines professional tourism expertise with hands-on knowledge of cycling, wildlife, culture and community-based tourism. As Head Guide at Jinja Bike Tours & Safaris, he leads cycling tours, bike safaris, cultural experiences and adventure activities across Uganda. Louis is also a skilled bike mechanic, cultural guide and safari driver guide, bringing practical field experience and a strong passion for responsible and community-focused tourism.

Tour Guide, Reservations and Programs Manager
Tonny is an experienced Tour Guide and Reservations & Programs Manager at Jinja Bike Tours & Safaris. He combines strong knowledge of Uganda’s tourism destinations with excellent organizational and guest-relations skills to ensure every client receives a smooth, memorable and well-coordinated travel experience. In his role, Tonny coordinates tour reservations, manages guest bookings and helps develop and organize tour programs and itineraries. As a hands-on guide, he also leads guests on cycling adventures, cultural experiences, village tours and other immersive activities around Jinja and beyond. Tonny is passionate about connecting visitors with Uganda’s people, culture, nature and landscapes. His attention to detail, friendly approach and commitment to responsible tourism make him an important member of the Jinja Bike Tours & Safaris team.

Counsellor & Projects Coordinator
Faridah is a dedicated Counsellor and Projects Coordinator at Njeru Vision Kids Foundation. She plays an important role in supporting children and young people through counselling, guidance and community-based activities. Faridah also coordinates foundation projects, helping to plan, organize and implement programs that promote education, child wellbeing and community development. She works closely with children, families, staff and community partners to ensure that projects are delivered effectively and create meaningful, lasting impact. Her compassion, organizational skills and commitment to empowering young people make her an important member of the Njeru Vision Kids Foundation team.
Head of ICT Department & Computer Teacher
Olivia is the Head of the ICT Department and a Computer Teacher at Njeru Vision Kids Foundation. She leads the foundation’s ICT and computer education programs, helping children develop practical digital skills and confidence in using technology. Olivia is passionate about making computer education accessible to children and creating engaging, practical learning experiences. In her leadership role, she supports the planning and coordination of ICT activities, guides learners through computer lessons and helps maintain an effective learning environment. Her dedication to digital education plays an important role in preparing young people with practical skills for the future.
Computer Teacher
Sharifah is a dedicated Computer Teacher at Njeru Vision Kids Foundation, where she helps children develop essential computer literacy and practical digital skills. She is passionate about making technology education accessible and engaging for young learners. Through practical lessons and supportive teaching, Sharifah helps students build confidence in using computers and develop skills that can support their education and future opportunities. She contributes to the foundation’s mission of empowering children through education and technology.
Security Guard
Stuart is a dedicated Security Guard at Njeru Vision Kids Foundation, responsible for helping maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for children, staff and visitors. He supports the foundation by monitoring the premises, controlling access and ensuring that the organization’s facilities and equipment are protected. Stuart is committed to maintaining safety and security while working respectfully with children, staff, parents and community members. His reliability, alertness and sense of responsibility make him an important member of the Njeru Vision Kids Foundation team.
Accountant
Peace is a dedicated Accountant supporting both Jinja Bike Tours & Safaris and Njeru Vision Kids Foundation. She is responsible for supporting accurate financial record keeping, monitoring financial transactions and assisting with the preparation of financial reports and budgets. Peace works closely with management to maintain proper financial documentation, promote accountability and support effective financial decision-making. Her attention to detail, integrity and commitment to accurate financial management make her an important member of both organizations.
Finance Manager
Lilian is a dedicated Finance and Administration Officer supporting both Jinja Bike Tours & Safaris and Njeru Vision Kids Foundation. She plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting and financial administration, and ensuring that day-to-day administrative activities are well organized. Lilian works closely with management and staff to support smooth financial and operational processes across both organizations. Her attention to detail, organizational skills and commitment to accountability contribute to the effective management and growth of the organizations.
