You can take breaks along the way to capture breathtaking views, have a picnic, or simply enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors. Our bike safaris are organized with friendly tour guides who ensure that you connect with nature and create unforgettable memories. Ranging from central areas (Lake Victoria, River Nile, Mabira Forest) to the far eastern regions (Elgon, Kadam, Moroto Mountains, and Sipi Falls), further to the beautiful highlands and crater lakes of western Uganda, and through national parks like Lake Mburo, Queen Elizabeth, Bwindi Impenetrable, Murchison Falls, and Kidepo Valley National Park.

Sipi Falls Adventure (USD $1250 pp) - 7 DAYS 5 nights

Have you thought of cycling in the pearl of Africa for More than 4 day? This safari is a unique trip that includes, biking, hiking and exploring the beautiful waterfalls in the district of Kapchorwa. Day 1,You will be picked from the Airport to your lodge in Jinja later in the day you will explore Jinja’s history by bike. The town is full of beautiful colonial buildings and you will learn why and how they were built. You will end your day at the Source of the Nile – where the second longest river in the world starts its journey of 6,600km to the Mediterranean Sea. Day 2, you will start your journey to Sipi Falls stay overnight in Namutumba after 76.8 km of 550M later you will get dinner and some refreshments. Day 3, You will cycle from Namutumba to Mbale 70 Km 483M Alt after breakfast at 8:30 am This road is not busy, you get chance to stop for photos of the nice rice fields, people transporting goats and birds in baskets, and enjoy the cool breeze from the swamps. Our next break is at Kadama for a cup of tea after 28Km and the second break at Budaka for Lunch by around 2:00 pm expect to be in Mbale and check in at your Guest House. Later in the evening you can go for a city walk around Mbale later. Day 4,Mbale to Sipi 52.1km Altitude 980, after breakfast set the bikes and cycle through Mbale town with much traffic taking us for the first 6km before we turn off to Join Kapchorwa Moroto Rd. It’s exciting to cycle this road with rolling roads and hills, no traffic; fresh breeze from the Elgon Mountains cools you down. Always stop for pics at the viewpoints. Get challenges on your own pedal and physique which call for speed and great work out along this road. The ride ends with a 2Km steep climb challenge to Craws nest for a night stay. A very stunning view of the romantic Sipi falls welcomes you accompanied by a fresh drink. Day 5, Sipi to Kapchorwa 16km 484alt, it’s never a trip to live Sipi without visiting Kapchorwa situated 16km East ward, but before embarking on the journey, visiting Sipi falls and a coffee tour is the early morning activity. As early as 8:30 hike through Sipi village to experience the romantic falls and visit the beautiful banana and coffee plantation with nice village life. At this level you must know how coffee is grown, harvested and prepared with that great aroma; this hike will take almost 3hrs.Later in the afternoon after lunch at around 3 PM cycle to Kapchorwa town and a must stop for photos around the Kapchorwa view point overlooking the Karamoja planes and Kadam Mountain. After 2 km, we check into our hotel Noah’s ark. Day 6, Kapchorwa village tour 56km 1558alt. Still after breakfast the last exercise makes a call into the rolling hills of the marathon champions. As we cycle around villages, a lot of kids training to be the next Marathon champions will accompany you as you climb the magnificent hills of Kapchorwa, I assure you, the beauty of this place is incomparable and 100s of photos will be taken on this trip. After the ride around Kapchorwa, return to hotel for the last night. Day 7, drive Kapchorwa to Jinja 210km. Finally we drive from Kapchorwa to Jinja or Entebbe depending on your program. We will meet up again for a farewell fun time to celebrate all the climbing we have accomplished! END OF TRIP! Get to know Jinja in just 2 days with us. This trip takes you through villages, suburbs, town and at the same time visit the Source of the Nile. Day 1,You will be picked from your lodge in Jinja later you will explore Jinja’s community and history by bike. The town is full of beautiful colonial buildings and you will learn why and how they were built. You will end your day at the Source of the Nile – where the second longest river in the world starts its journey of 6,600km to the Mediterranean Sea.
